Plant Movement Non operational duties – N132 is designed for operators who do not need to operate machinery to the full capacity. The training is for the movement of plant machinery without operating them.

Plant Mover (N132)

This course is intended for those who deal with plant machinery on a level that does not involve operation (e.g repairing the machine).

The type of role that would require this include plant mechanics, plant machinery delivery drivers, and plant machinery storage operators.

This is a 1 day course and can be offered to beginners or as a refresher course for those who need it.

By the end of this plant movement training course, the learner will be able to reflect the following:

Have an understanding for the industry and their responsibilities
Be able to identify the key components of the machinery as well as explain their functions
Maintain and identify the appropriate PPE for their role
Conduct safety checks in their work area

Through competency, they lower the risk to themselves and others on the site allowing them to work more safely.
